How do I enhance a photo?

Open the camera from the home screen and take a photo. OneTap will automatically enhance it using AI. You can then compare the before and after using the slider, and save the enhanced version to your photo library.

What is the weekly photo limit?

With the Weekly subscription you get 20 photos per week. With the Yearly subscription you get 30 photos per week. Your limit resets every 7 days from your first photo of the week.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When you reach your weekly limit, you can purchase 10 extra credits for €10.99. These credits never expire and can be used anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > select OneTap > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously purchased OneTap Premium or credits, tap "Restore" at the bottom of the paywall screen. Your subscription and credits will be restored automatically.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Your photos are processed in real-time through our AI service and immediately deleted. We do not store any photos permanently. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

What photo formats are supported?

OneTap supports JPEG and PNG formats. Photos are taken directly from your camera at full resolution to ensure the best enhancement quality.

Can I enhance photos from my gallery?

Currently, OneTap only supports taking new photos with the in-app camera. This ensures optimal lighting conditions and quality for the AI enhancement process.
