1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OneTap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneTap is a photo enhancement application that uses artificial intelligence to improve your photos. The App offers both free and paid features:

• Free users receive a limited number of AI photo enhancements per week
• Premium subscribers (Weekly or Yearly plans) receive unlimited AI photo enhancements
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time in-app purchases

3. Subscriptions

OneTap offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Weekly Subscription – Provides unlimited AI enhancements, renewed every week
• Yearly Subscription – Provides unlimited AI enhancements, renewed every year

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. In-App Purchases

OneTap offers consumable in-app purchases (credits) that allow you to enhance additional photos beyond your weekly limit. Credits do not expire and are available for use at any time after purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OneTap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you take or enhance using the App.

7. Photo Processing

Photos submitted for AI enhancement are sent to third-party processing services. Photos are processed in real-time and immediately deleted from our servers. We do not store, review, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the enhancement service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI enhancement results may vary depending on the input photo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for Licensed Applications, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
